Envato Studio emails all buyers automatically when a job closes encouraging them to share their experience. Buyers can choose to recommend a service (thumbs up) or not recommend a service (thumbs down), as well as leave a written story about their experience with a service. Reviews are not mandatory.
Envato Studio displays the percentage of people who have recommended your service on your service page. Customers who leave a story about their experience will have their story shown at the bottom of the service description. We intend to introduce further customer review tools in the future.
Keep in mind that buyers are asked to review the service, not the service provider.
