How does buying a service work?

Purchasing a service on Studio is easy.

Head over to our directory services and browse the site until you find the service you want at the price that is right for you.

Or, if the advertised service doesn’t quite fit what you are looking to do you can request a Custom Job proposal from our service providers. This way the job brief will fit your project’s needs.

Once you have chosen a service provider and service, you’ll create a clear and detailed brief for the Service Provider, this should include any necessary files to complete the work.

Payment is upfront, but will be kept in a holding account with Envato Studio until the job is successfully completed.

If a Service Provider is able to perform the service you’ve requested, you’ll begin working with them. Service Providers should complete your job within the promised turnaround time. If you think your job needs some additional work, you can always ask your provider for additional work and add to your existing service by clicking on the ‘propose custom job’ at the top of the job timeline. This will ensure that if the scope of the job changes, both you and your provider have agreed to the new price and terms.

If you’re happy with the work, we arrange for the Service Provider to be paid, and you will receive final files. If for any reason you feel like you’re not happy with how the job went, you can raise a dispute. Disputes will be assessed and fairly judged by a trained member of the Envato Studio staff. You will receive a full refund if we feel the Service Provider has not met the agreed scope of the service as advertised.
