Why has my Express Service job been reassigned?

When an Express job is assigned to you, then you must reply to your buyer within 12 hours. If you don't reply within the first 12 hours, then the job will be reassigned to another service provider.

If one of your jobs is reassigned, you will be automatically removed from the relevant Express Service, so you won't be assigned any more jobs from that Express Service. We do this to ensure that we're not continuing to assign jobs to unreliable service providers.

If you've been removed from an Express Service and you'd like to be re-added, please contact us. We'll review your track history and if we can see that you're generally reliable, we'll be happy to re-add you to the service.
