Our shutdown schedule is allowing enough time between final orders and when we’re shutting down for jobs to be finished and finalized. We are encouraging all Service Providers to finish all jobs within the given timeframes.
We don’t anticipate any jobs to still be open when we shut down. If the final Studio date is approaching and your job is not seeing any movement please let us know and we will work with you and the service provider to get the job finalized.
We will be sending out a reminder to any open jobs a week before shutdown to make sure all your revisions, and installation work is completed on time.
In the unlikely event there is an ongoing dispute, please submit a request to the Studio Support team.
