For those services with final file deliverables please make sure you download the files from your job timelines before Studio’s last day.
You can download the final files for any outstanding or previous service by going to your job timeline in the Your Jobs section of your account until 21 August 2022.
After 21 August 2022, buyers will no longer have the ability to log into their Studio accounts to access files. You will need to submit a request to Studio Support (you don’t need an account to submit a request). We will be offering support for Studio until August 2023.
