Studio jobs will be operating as usual until 21 August 2022 (last day to finalize jobs). Until that date buyers and service providers should continue to work on completing their services.
We know that sometimes jobs don’t go as planned and if this is the case between July 17 - August 21, please raise a dispute with Studio Support like you normally would. Any remaining open jobs and disputes on Aug 21 will be reviewed and closed by the Studio Support team.
After August 21, if you still need support on an ongoing service, please use the Studio Support form to reach us - you will not need access to your closed Studio account in order to do this.
