I am having issues with the theme I want installed on my express job

The express service is very limited in scope. It does not include troubleshooting any technical issues that a purchased theme may have. 

You can ask your provider if they will assist by adding to the scope of an express job - keep in mind they may request additional payment as your request may be outside of the scope of an express service.  

Your provider may also ask you to go back to the theme author for support. If you have any issues with getting support for a theme please contact Market Support for assistance. 

I need more time to review the work that was completed 

If you receive a system email from Studio stating that your job is about to finalize and you realize you need more time to review the work. Please reach out to our support team.
