Disputes can be resolved in one of three ways:
- The Buyer is Refunded
This will occur in cases where the Service Provider has not lived up to their promises, has not satisfied the initial brief to a standard consistent with their work samples, has not met the original requirements of the brief they accepted, or is otherwise violating the Envato Studio Terms of Service.
- The Service Provider is Paid
This will occur in cases where the Service Provider has lived up to their promises, has satisfied the initial brief to a standard consistent with their work samples, and has met the requirements of the brief they accepted, or if the buyer is otherwise violating the Envato Studio Terms of Service.
- The Job is Reopened
This will occur in cases where both buyer and Service Provider are willing to work together towards a positive outcome for the job.
